Details about services offered by Jeil Technical Development (JTD) are described in the following. The Services offered have been proven through various projects for Hyundai Heavy Industries, Co., Ltd., Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., Ltd., and Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. in Korea.

1. Construction (installation) for electrical

• Installation of all required electrical equipment and materials as per project specifications such as transformer, HV switch gear & MCC, LV switch gear & MCC, etc.
• Seatwork for electrical equipment
• Supportwork for electrical equipment, etc.

2. Construction (installation) for instrument

• Installation of all required instrument equipment and materials as per project specifications such as DCS, PLC, ICSS, control valve, pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, flow transmitter, etc.
• Seat work for instrument equipment
• Supportwork for instrument equipment, etc.

3. Construction (installation) for telecommunications

• Installation of all required telecommunications equipment and materials as per project specifications such as ethernet switch, LAN cabinet, marine VHF and UHF base station, PAGA, etc.
• Seat work for telecommunications equipment
• Support work for telecommunications equipment, etc.

4. Construction (installation) for living quarters

• Installation of all equipment and materials of electrical, instrument and telecommunications for a living quarter
• All the activities are identical to the activities in construction for electrical, instrument and telecommunications, respectively as described above.

5. Mechanical completion for mechanical, electrical, instrument,
    telecommunications and HVAC

• Mechanical completion activities include checking of fabrication and installation work. The check list items will be prepared in accordance with project requirements. Check records are prepared for recording ofthe results from checking and testing performed during mechanical completion.

6. Pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover / preservation and
    maintenance

• Pre-Commissioning activities undertaken after mechanical completion, but prior to commissioning, are to prove and validate the functioning of equipment. Such activities could involve the introduction of fluids into systems, but not hydrocarbons.
  
  Commissioning takes place when pre-commissioning is completed for a system or part of a system.

• Handover
  Handover will consist of the following activities:
  
  • An electronic based system will be used for administration of handover.
  • Handover will contain a certificate and required documents in accordance with project requirements

• Preservation and maintenance
  Preservation and maintenance will consist of the following activities:
  
  • Timely issue of requisite preservation record sheets and labels to equipment suppliers in accordance with requirements.
  • Inspection of equipment on receipt.
  • Filling out preservation labels and fix them to the equipment, etc.
